All orders delivered within Morocco are shipped free of charge.
Warranty
We strive to offer high-quality products. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item free of charge within one month from the date of purchase. For any other reason, please refer to our return policy.
Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped within a maximum of 48 hours after order confirmation. We are not responsible for loss by the carrier (postal service or otherwise) or for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control.
Estimated delivery times for standard shipments range from 1 to 7 business days, depending on your city.
Product Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is missing or damaged, you must notify us immediately. We cannot accept claims for damaged or missing items more than 5 days after the delivery date.
