Order cancellation & refunds
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that refund processing times may take up to 45 days, depending on your payment provider.
Damages and Issues
We kindly ask that you inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately so we can review the situation and resolve it appropriately.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
As all of our products are personalized (including name customization on the pouch), they are considered custom-made items and are not eligible for returns or refunds once produced.
Refunds or returns are also not accepted for sale items or gift cards.
